Unfortunately, when returning the cars we arrived at a time when there were a lot of returns coming back in and because it was early in the morning there were very few staff. The staff at Pisa were excellent throughout, extremely friendly and it felt like they really wanted to take the time to make sure we had a pleasant hire experience, which has not always been the case with other rental companies. We were even able to pick the second vehicle from the ones they had available within our class of vehicle which was great.
For the first time ever with any rental agency, the first car we were allocated was the exact one we had booked online, which was important because we were travelling with a lot of luggage. We had uploaded all of our documentation on the online portal before we arrived and so the cars were ready to go when we got to the rental desk.
